Guide Me Home
I’m a climbing up the hill, pain and danger surround me still, as I’m making my way back home. As I stumble, I pray, “Lord help me on my way. Guide me safely home.”
Guide me safely home. To your side is where I belong. Whether I come or whether I go, in my heart I’ll always know, the Lord will guide me home.
As I’m climbing up that hill, stormy skies begin to swell. Thunder and lightening strikes. As I cower I pray, “Lord help me on my way. Guide me safely home.”
Guide me safely home. To your side is where I belong. Whether I come or whether I go, in my heart I’ll always know, the Lord will guide me home.
When I’m almost to the top, weariness makes me want to stop. Stop and sit a while. As I sit there I pray, “Lord help me on my way. Guide me safely home.”
Guide me safely home. To your side is where I belong. Whether I come or whether I go, in my heart I’ll always know, the Lord will guide me home.
